Large stirring spoon carved from coppiced hazel in Sussex woodland. Made for everyday cooking or serving. The wood has a lovely spalted pattern in the grain. The spoon bowl has good depth making it a good allrounder. It is also spatula-like in shape, so it is great for cooking with large pans.
