Large stirring spoon carved from coppiced hazel in Sussex woodland. Made for everyday cooking or serving. The wood has a lovely spalted pattern in the grain. The spoon bowl has good depth making it a good allrounder. This spoon also has a great crank so it sits effortlessly on a counter or table and is easy to handle.
